Sex conversations

Because of its enormous primal power, sex has always presented a major challenge for everyone. There is on-one on the planet who is totally ambivalent about sex; each of us has their own strong and firm beliefs and values. And that is good. But whatever our personal thoughts, wants and desires around sex as a culture we are discouraged from exploring all the good that it offers by a complex structure of anxiety, shame, guilt and ignorance. So, it isn’t just you. But we need to talk in order to reach a freedom to engage fully with our own sexuality.
