This session is an energetic practice of connection with your inner woman. Quite often men are trying to suppress their feminine side, because they think it makes them weak.  It is actually opposite.  If we look around, there are masculine and feminine energies all around us in nature.

Masculine energy is action-oriented, competitive and direct. Conversely, feminine energy is rooted in intuition, receptivity, collaboration, creativity and feelings. When you honour both sides, it makes you stronger in all life directions.
